Ponosne smo članice plesne skupine SAHARA: Nawal, Safiyah, Sheila i Sibel. Trbušni ples treniramo od 2004. godine, a uz prijašnje plesno iskustvo spojila nas je i ljubav prema orijentalnim plesovima i ritmovima. Započevši kod prvih učiteljica, od Aide Jakuš (CRO), Alexandre Cegledi (HUN), nastavile smo samostalnim koracima daljnje usavršavanje pohađajući festivale (npr. Nile Group Festival, Cairo-EGY) i radionice svjetski poznatih koreografa: Karolina Idrisova (CZ), Aida Nour, Lubna Emam, Khaled Mahmoud, Wael Mansour, Teto, Magdy El Leisy, prof. Hassan Khalil (EGY), Djamila (GER), Nour (RUS), Sonia BDSS (SAD), te na taj način redovito obnavljamo svoje plesno znanje novim tehnikama i koreografijama. Posebno nas vesele nastupi gdje svoje plesno umijeće možemo prenijeti publici te ih na taj način zabaviti i ugodno iznenaditi. Živimo u Zagrebu i plešemo kako unutar tako i izvan granica Hrvatske.
Plešemo više različitih stilova: egipatski klasični i pop, beledi, tabla solo, saiidi, shabby, turski i libanonski ples, ples sa rekvizitima: velom, štapom, krilima, mačem, svijećicama uz orijentalnu glazbu: arapsku, tursku i ambijentalnu. Slobodne smo za nastupe na: eventima, domjencima za tvrtke i institucije, vjenčanjima, svečanostima kao godišnjice, rođendani, krstitke i pričesti; TV i video nastupi, koncerti, festivali i tematski partyi.

We are proud members of the bellydance group SAHARA: Nawal, Safyah, Sheila, Sibel, Yasmeen and Zara. Bellydancing and training since 2004. year, with previous dance experience, rejoined us towards love of oriental dances and rhythms. Starting with the first teachers, from Aida Jakus (CRO), Alexandra Cegledi (HUN), Djamila (GER), we continued to self-improve our dance knowledge further by attending festivals (eg. The Nile Group Festival, Cairo, EGY) and the world known choreographers: Karolina Idrisova (CZ), Aida Nour, Lubna Emam, Khaled Mahmoud, Wael Mansour, Teto, Magdy El Leisy, prof. Hassan Khalil (EGY), Djamila (GER), Nour (RUS), Sonia BDSS (USA), and regularly renew our dance techniques and choreography. We are especially look forward to the performances, where our skills can be shown to the audience as a unique and pleasant surprise. We live in Zagreb and dance both within and outside the Croatian borders.
We dance many different styles: egyptian classical and pop, beledi, tabla solo, saiidi, shabby, turkish and lebanese dance, dancing with props: dance with a veil, cane, wings of Isis, sword, candles to the oriental music: arabic, turkish and ambient. We are free to perform at: Events, Weddings for Companies and Institutions, ceremonies, as well as anniversaries, B-days, christenings, TV and video, concerts, festivals and themed parties.
